Why Bot status is Queued in In Activity Menu --> In Progress??

Can you restart Bot Agent Service and check again?

 

Steps for Restarting Bot Agent Service :

 

Click on Windows+R

Type services.msc

Hit Enter

Check for Automation Anywhere Bot Agent Service

Right Click and Restart

do you know why this is even happening ?

we are facing this issue multiple times and we don't have permission to restart the service.

 

I just want to avoid going into this situation, please let me know if you have any leads.

If this is happening often then we need to check machine level, I'd recommend opening a support ticket with AA using below link

There are different reasons why this could happen.

 

1) Ideal scenario - There is already a bot running on that device hence all other runs on that device will go in Queued state.

 

2) Due to a Network issue or an issue while downloading the task dependency of the bot is stuck it may lead to such issues.

Try to check the Node manager and Bot launcher to see if there are any errors.
