While following step 2 of IT Bricks. That is "open excel and launch CRM web". There was a error in opening excel. Also tried basic excel package and online microsoft 360 package. Guide me to solve the issue.

Could you please verify whether you're facing the same issue when opening the excel file as well? because currently, you're trying the. CSV file.

If yes, please downgrade the excel Package version and give it try.

I can open my excel. But here is the attachment of the problem. Error while "opening excel".
