What options does a Mac OS user have? Can they run AA360 via a VM?

My understanding is Mac OS is not yet supported to run bot agents.

You are able to build bots in the Automation Anywhere Control Room on Mac OS as this is all web based but the device which is performing the automation must be Windows.

I think your best bet will be to run a virtual machine with windows installed on your Mac device.
