Hi folks,

Hope you're all doing well.

I’m currently evaluating some Automation Anywhere features as part of our upcoming license renewal review. Since the renewal timeline is quite tight, I’m trying to quickly understand the practical value and real-world usage of a few capabilities before finalizing recommendations.

If anyone has hands-on experience or real use cases with the following features, it would be really helpful if you could share your insights:

Features under evaluation

  • Universal Web Trigger

  • Parallel Execution

  • Process Dashboard

  • Co-Pilot Business User

It would be great to know:

  • whether these features have been useful in your projects

  • any real-world scenarios where they added value

  • or any limitations you encountered

Also, if there are other newer Automation Anywhere features that you found particularly useful, please feel free to suggest them as well.

Your inputs will really help us make a more informed decision. Thanks in advance! 🙏

Thanks for the tag @Lu.Hunnicutt!

Hey @Kayal 2500,
Great question! Please find below points from my side:

  • Universal Web Trigger: We have used this to show a PoC to one of the clients who receives multiple financial transaction entries in a Google Sheet daily from different departments and wants them updated into their own ERP system. We created an automation workflow using this feature which will get triggered automatically whenever a new entry is made in the Google Sheet.

  • Co-Pilot Business User: We have used this to show a PoC to one of our clients who sends ad-hoc bot rerun requests to us based on the Financial data that they receive on a daily basis in addition to the daily scheduled Bots. We created a process automation using this feature so that they can trigger the Bot from their own Co-pilot Business User account by filling a Form within AA360 and submit it.

I hope the above information helps you.

Cheers!

Sure, @Kayal 2500. These are pretty broad areas and automation Anywhere website and documentation portal cover examples of APA.

You may also checkout how Generative Recorder provides self healing automation for web applications in the events of application changes or upgrades - https://docs.automationanywhere.com/bundle/preview-pre-ga-a360-features/page/gr-overview.html

MCP inbound connections enables secure discovery and trigger of Automation Anywhere automations with security, privacy, governance etc that our enterprise customers need. This is powered by our Process Reasoning Engine. Details here -

Happy to jump on a call or address if there are specific questions you may have in these areas. Thanks.
