Hi community, I'm using AA Cloud and I'm getting the following error: I'm using a local web service and I can't consume it. Is there anyone with a similar error who can help me?

Hi @alirio.m ,

Try to open the URI separately on a Browser and check it is pointing to HTTPS or HTTP. If the definition is pointing to HTTP link, then that should likely causing the issue since you are trying with HTTPS.

That’s an interesting question, alirio.m !

I think the following community members may be able to help

Thank you very much, community. I've tried several times. For example, I have ReadyAPI installed, testing a soap webservice is ok, via Browser is OK. Everything is fine on the computer and works perfectly. The Automation Anywhere agent doesn't work connection webservices SOAP. My question is, is there some configuration in the AABrowserAgent that's missing from the documentation?

Thanks

Hi @alirio.m ,

Ensure that your device is configured with the correct proxy settings if your network requires it. All outbound requests from the SOAP Web Service package are routed through the proxy server.
