I have updated the password and username in the Bot agent device settings credentials. But still facing the error as  “User not logged in to the machine”. Can you please help me with it ?

in My Settings > Devices > Credentials you have to fill in username and password. In the field for the username you have to put the domain in front of the userid (domain\uid).
