I created a new user before the user’s email account was set up. Now that the emails are actually going to an inbox (confirmed), they are not receiving the account verification/activation email. I think AA360 received an undeliverable message and won’t send the confirmation email to the same address again.
I have tried:
- Resending verification email from Control Room
- Checking spam/junk etc.
- Deleting and re-creating the user
- Changing the user’s email address, verifying by clicking the link, changing it back
- Waiting 24 hours between changes
- Updating the “emailVerified” field via the Control Room API
- Deleting/Re-Creating the user via the API
