User Account Activation/Verification Problem

I created a new user before the user’s email account was set up. Now that the emails are actually going to an inbox (confirmed), they are not receiving the account verification/activation email. I think AA360 received an undeliverable message and won’t send the confirmation email to the same address again.

 

 

I have tried:

  • Resending verification email from Control Room
  • Checking spam/junk etc.
  • Deleting and re-creating the user
  • Changing the user’s email address, verifying by clicking the link, changing it back
  • Waiting 24 hours between changes
  • Updating the “emailVerified” field via the Control Room API
  • Deleting/Re-Creating the user via the API
