Can you uninstall Bot Agent and try connecting device again? Checkout below tutorial for the same

  • Stop AABotAgent service in runner / device,
  • Remove AutomaitonAnywhere folder under C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local
  • Start AABotAgent Service 
  • Open browser and hit control room URL and connect local device
