Can you uninstall Bot Agent and try connecting device again? Checkout below tutorial for the same

- Stop AABotAgent service in runner / device,
- Remove AutomaitonAnywhere folder under C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local
- Start AABotAgent Service
- Open browser and hit control room URL and connect local device
