On Learning catalog | University | Automation Anywhere

I am unable to stream videos, screenshots attached

 

  1. Connected and disconnected VPN
  2. Cleared cache, tried different browsers

@harsh.chandra2029 Sorry you’re having difficulties with the videos. 

What we need to isolate is *what* is causing this. I might recommend bringing up the F12 menu in your browser, selecting the Network tab, entering “video” in the filter, and seeing what the Status code says. A 200 status = success.

If you see something that is (failed) for the Status, it’s probably blocked by your company’s firewall or MDM software. 

You can also try disabling any virus or firewall software you can. 

You’ve done most of the troubleshooting by trying multiple browsers and turning off your VPN. Now we just need to figure out what software on your system is blocking the video content.
