I tried to resolve the issue with the help of above link, but it didn't work as expected. I have additionally rebooted my local machine as well, even then it didn't work as expected.

The next steps are to clean out your system a bit:
- Uninstall your Bot Agent.
- Remove the contents of C:\ProgramData\AutomationAnywhere (this is a hidden folder)
- Reinstall your Bot Agent and connect it to the control room.
You may also wish to make sure you don’t have firewall or anti-virus software that is interfering.
