Unable to Run Document automation Process request on local machine

Hi,

I have been trying to create a request in DA. somehow the request triggers the respective bots to a bot runner machine instead of the local machine from which the task was running. What do i need to change if i want the extraction and download to be done on the same machine as where the bot is being triggered.

Check your bot runner settings. You're probably connected to another PC's bot runner.

Check your bot runner settings. You're probably connected to another PC's bot runner. 

Our devices are divided in two way - 1. Dev Machine: With dev lic - I can login with my account

                                                           2. Runner Machine: with runner lic. [service account]

 

When I run the bot in my dev machine, the DA part runs on Runner machine with service account. and then the next step of task bot runs on my dev machine.

Hi ​@naman.pathak110893 ,

 

By any chance, did you configure your DA User to use any Device from a Device pool? If so, the execution will happen only in that runner device.
