Not receiving password reset email when I tried changing it through control room. Is there any way out?

Hey @Ovais Y - make sure you're using the right Community Edition Control Room:
Community Edition 1: https://community.cloud.automationanywhere.digital//p>
Community Edition 2: https://community2.cloud-2.automationanywhere.digital//p>
I've tried to reset mine before but was actually using the wrong link - and didnt have an account in said env
