Unable to process documents in Document Automation.

Hi Team,

 

I am unable to process documents in Document Automation. After uploading document it is showing as ‘Queued’ when checking in View Status and it is displaying as “The task is in queue and will be soon processed”. Please find attachment and let me know how to train in such case.
