Hi,

We have shared device for multiple users. when we try to run/save the task getting alert as already some other user logged in. please advise that how to enable multi users privilege for one device in A360

 While installing the bot agent was it set to Multiple users? If not please try doing that. Navigate to Manage->Devices - > Edi device->Deployment tab to check if it is set to Multiple users.
