Unable to open Excel File

The file is available in the folder, i've checked and open it. and i just edited my post because i just found a thing that might be the issue so it would be great if you look at it,

Hola, me paso algo similar el robot antes de abrir el archivo excel esta abriendo algun otro archivo temporal (oculto), revisa bien, marca las opciones de ver archivos ocultos
