Unable to login to enterprise client

Hi, I am not able to login in Automation anywhere community edition client. I am getting below error. Unable to conect server Please make sure server is up and running. Please give me solution for solving this error and check the below error screen shot.

Hi @Siva Ranga ,

Based on the above screen, you are trying to login the A360 into A11. (that’s not gonna work)

Please check out the below link,

I would suggest to you, please open URL in chrome, login A360 and download the bot agent to install your machine.

Install Bot Agent and register device
