Unable to download Bot Agent suddenly, was working till last night

​@richa_khatri Log in with a supported browser (Chrome or Edge), then go to Devices > Connect local device > Connect to my computer. Check whether the browser, antivirus or company policy blocked the installer file. If you are on a work laptop, try a personal machine or ask IT to allow it.


Device prerequisites
- You need administrator rights for a system-level install, or choose "Only for me" for a user-level install
- The Windows installer policy must be enabled on the machine
- Turn off "Automatically detect settings" in Windows proxy settings before installing
- Make sure your system date and time are correct, or device registration can fail

An old or broken Bot Agent is already installed
Uninstall the existing Bot Agent, delete the "Automation Anywhere" folders under Program Files and ProgramData, restart the machine, then log in to the Control Room again and download a fresh installer.

If it still does not work, please share a screenshot of the exact error message and tell us whether it fails at the download step, during installation, or at device registration. That will help narrow it down.
