I was instructed to follow this article to resolve my issue to delete Admin users. however im stuck on step 6 and 7 because we never setup AD or SSO for AA users access/authentication in our environment. can you please help?
+8If I’m not mistaken, If you are an Admin yourself, you can demote the other User Admin by removing the Admin Role from his User and then then try deleting it.
