Unable to create Using Run with Queue in Control Room

Hello,

 

We are currently unable to create Using Run with Queue to execute a Bot in the Control Room.

We would like to run the target Bot Using Run with Queue, however, even after completing all required settings under
Manage > Queues > Run with Queue, the Using Run with Queue button remains disabled and cannot be clicked.

We would like to ask whether this issue could be caused by the fact that no users are displayed under “Run-as users”, and if so, how we can resolve this issue.

Below are the details of our configuration:

Configuration Details

Automation and dependencies

  • Selected the target Task Bot

  • Selected Latest version

Queue

  • Selected the queue created for this execution

Processing time

  • Not configured

Device pool

  • Selected an existing device pool

Run-as users

  • Run on default device tab:

    • The following error message is displayed:
      “Default selection cannot be used.”

  • Any:

    • No error message is shown, however both Available run users and Selected run users show 0 users

Resiliency settings

  • Not configured

General settings

  • Name: Set a name for this execution

Could you please advise on the cause of this issue and the appropriate solution?
