Automation Anywhere A360- Device is disconnected issue

I have installed AA A360 Community Edition. While running a bot I am getting the following error:

An unexpected problem occurred. If the problem persists, please contact your system administrator.

 

Code: generic.server.exception

The above error message occurs erratically, i.e, sometimes the Local Bot Agent can connect to the control room but again it says connecting to local 

device. 

Hello @Ashtikar Abhishek​  There was an outage yesterday for Community edition and it was resolved. Are you still facing the issue ?
