Unable to check in bots in Automation Anywhere A360

Hi team,

I am unable to check in any code in Automation Anywhere A360. Not getting any error message either. It just keeps loading. 

 

Can someone help me with this please? It’s urgent.

Assuming you have already checked in bots in the past and continue to have the correct permissions... 

Since your control room is in the cloud, it's best to empty your browser cache and try again. Yeah, kind of a vanilla answer, but since the CR is in the cloud, you have to assume someone will notice and resolve the issue. Contacting your CSM might allow them to escalate things too.
