TriggerListener process ending with the runner closing session

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing a strange issue on my Windows Server. When I log in and access the Control Room using the Bot Runner account for unattended execution, everything appears to be working fine — the trigger validation confirms that it's up and running.

However, once I log out and the user session closes, the process
C:\Program Files\Automation Anywhere\Bot Agent\jre\bin\TriggerListener.exe
gets terminated automatically.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue before? Any suggestions or workarounds would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Aaron, thank you for your response.

I wonder why you are sending me to the documentation of 'Document Automation'?

@hzapatam The Bot Runner configuration for Document Automation is the same for the base A360 product.
