So when triggering the bot it did not work so we reinstall the bot agent and usually it gave a pop up "trigger succesfull" and we try to retrigger the bot and it works. so basically we reinstall the bot agent and the problem is solved.

 

But today when it happens the pop up doesn't appear and the problem persist is there a way to fix this?
