Too much time spent acquiring the device on each run

I've been waiting 10 minutes for the debugging device to acquire. Is there anything you can recommend to minimize this time? When I restart the computer and debug, it doesn't take as long, but the second time, it takes a very long time.

Please help.

​@rtorreblanca That is dependent on your Internet connection and which packages you're using. Some packages are over 1GB!

    That's fine, but does everything have to be re-implemented every time I debug? Because just setting breakpoints and debugging takes a lot of time again.

    ​@rtorreblanca Not sure. I don't see that same behavior on my workstation. Check anti-virus software to ensure it's not deleting packages.
