Hi @thanhpv2 & @manaldis ,

 

Are you getting this error while running BOTs?

If so, kindly involve your IT team and tell them to add the installation path given below to the exception list as the system might be picking it as malware during the execution.

 

C:\Program Files\Automation Anywhere\Bot Agent\wfreerdp.exe

 

Additionally, you can also try restarting the Automation Anywhere Bot Agent service.

Its in the botagent? Sounds like an error in the Control-Room.  Let us know the component affected.

@thanhpv2  I got the same issue today
 

I can see the log : Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: Cannot determine tenant id

Restarted AA Services in server resolved the issue… 
if there are multiple nodes, start one node and wait for 10mins before start second node..
