The Control Room license has Expired and Unable to obtain the latest license from partner portal. I tried to download latest evaluation license key for February from Partner portal, but I have got January license via email.

Yes, But I received January license not latest one 

and please check from your end whether you have received a same Jan license.

Hey @Zaid Chougle & @Vinothkumar.N - I reached out to the partner team - there’s a temporary fix that’s been applied and our IT team is working on a longer term approach. Let me know if you’re still having issues


Thanks @Micah.Smith and @Zaid Chougle - Issue has been solved. I connected with support team, and I got evaluation license key.


1. Visit Automation Anywhere Partner Portal .
2. Click on 'Access Partner Portal'.
3. Click on 'Partner Portal Login'.
4. Enter your credentials and log in.
5. Navigate to the 'Develop' section.
6. Click on 'Get Automation 360 License Key'.

The problem is in the step 5, because I am getting this message error:
