System allows only a single device to be registered. If you need to replace your existing device you should delete it first.

If the problem persists, please contact your system administrator.

Code: devicemanagement.register.validation.single.device

Note:I tried to reinstall/repair bot, tried to stop/restart the service and when I tried to delete Cannot delete device, as it is part of an active bot deploymentIf the problem persists, please contact your system administrator.

@Ajit Kumar.S Can you try unintalling  bot agent and then again add the device. Also dont forget to restart the bot agent service and clear the global cache.

If it help please mark as resolved.

I have anthoer issue when try to connect database with excel file getting one error.

This may be due to the following reason:

Could not Connect to Database. Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed.

Location: DatabaseSession (line 1)

To continue, edit the bot and fix the error. Then, try again.

If you continue to see this message, please contact your system administrator.

Code: bot.execution.error

@Ajit Kumar.S

Can you test using powershell if you are able to connect with database from there. If not able to connect with powershell too. Then check with IT team for any firewall issue.
