Stuck at "Install bot agent"

Hi everyone,

I have tried to uninstall and then reinstall the bot agent. After having installed and uninstalled several times the bot agent and restarted twice the VM, I am still stuck at this step. The installer does not detect that the bot agent has already been installed.

It is a cloud control room ( *.my.automationanywhere.digital) thus I should not have to install a certificate, should I ?

Does anyone have a clue on that ?

For some reason this was solved by changing the chrome://flags and  Local Network Access Checks to Disable, then restart the service...

@Augustin Nice troubleshooting! I was going to suggest the AA extension wasn’t loading, but you got it!

I was having this same issue installing the bot agent on a VM and this instantly fixed it.  Thanks for the help!
