Question

Since Automation Anywhere does not support SCIM, the question is whether alternative methods exist to achieve a similar automated provisioning flow.

Previously, the end‑to‑end process for provisioning applications and permissions was fully manual. Users would submit access requests through ServiceNow, which then required approval within Okta. After approval, the corresponding application tile became visible on the user’s Okta dashboard. However, an administrator still had to manually create the user within Automation Anywhere (AA) before the user could actually access the platform.

This workflow involved multiple handoffs across different systems and was expected to be managed through Okta Identity Governance (OIG) using SCIM for automated lifecycle management. Since Automation Anywhere does not support SCIM, the question is whether alternative methods exist to achieve a similar automated provisioning flow.

@Hiren182000 Please contact our sales team as, with the acquisition of Aisera, we have a tool available that can help you provision users or even allow users to self-provision in certain cases.
