I am having difficulties setting up a connection between one of our specific SharePoint sites + list to AA oath connection. We have a tenant ID that encompasses everything our company has on SharePoint. We have confirmed we have the correct client id/secret.
We keep getting the following errors when we tweak the scope:
- https://mycompany.sharepoint.com/sites/TeamName/Lists/ListName was not found in the tenant names [tenant ID]
- The scope https://mycompany.sharepoint.com/sites/TeamName/ is not valid.
We’ve been following this documentation:
https://docs.automationanywhere.com/bundle/enterprise-v2019/page/sharepoint-configuration.html#d366408e215
We’ve also been told that this method has been retired by Microsoft and will be deprecated in two years. Is there a more up to date document on how to set up this connection?
Is the attached photo the correct way to set up the connection in SharePoint?

Is there anything that we need to confirm with our app setup, tenant ID, client/ID secret?
