Set text incorrect in text type credential

I have using recorder to set text in textbot and value is credential type when setting to textbox the value is incorrect.
Example: MyUserName 
value that set to text box “mYuSERnAME”

@limheng Does it still work even with improper case?

It not working in case login. When using attended bot it work normal but on unattended not work .

@limheng Can you try with Time between keystrokes: 0 and see the value whether entered correctly or not.

Hola, puedes revisar que no este activo la tecla de mayusculas, o quizas se quedo pegado, cierra sesion y vuelve a probrar

Even if use Time between keystrokes0 it still improper input recorder version from 5.0 to 5.5.2 unattended bot

Hi ​@limheng ,

Check the machine settings.

 

I think Caps Lock might be enabled by default.

 

First, try one solution: add a simulated keystroke for the Caps Lock key before the step. If the automation works after that, then the issue is with the machine.

Hi ​@limheng , 

Try enabling the setting below. When you keystroke Shift, it will turn off Caps Lock if it’s currently on; otherwise, it won’t make any changes. Your other hot keys related to Shift will still work as it is. Then you send your above keystrokes.

Go to Settings > Time & Language > Typing > Advanced keyboard settings > Input language hotkeys. Select "Press the SHIFT key" to turn off Caps Lock.
