runtime issue in automation anywhere community control room

Hi Team,

I am getting this error whenever i am try to run the bot “

file=C:\Users\KAS1020\AppData\Local\AA\messaging\c5986c93-8c4c-4e6b-a737-1e3f32ac7f27_fa2f84b11b2bca32\request\metadata.cq4t

If the problem persists, please contact your system administrator.”

This path doesn’t exist in my system and while installing i haven’t had selected this location as well.
Could anyone please help me to resolve this issue?
