We have four runners named 1, 2, 3 & 4. When running bots using the “Run-as User” option and select all four runners and tell a bot to run on “1” device, the bots will only deploy on Runners 1, 3 & 4. If all three of these devices is in use and Runner 2 is available, it will simply queue up the bot and wait for 1, 3 & 4 to be available.
Runner 2 is set up the same as Runner 1, 3 & 4, and used to work previously this way, but no longer does. Runner 2 will run bots if you specifically select Runner 2 as the only device to run on.
All four unattended runners have their own specific user/device assigned. We do not utilize queues or device pools.
Anyone else run into this issue?
