Retrieve outlook email information and send email

Hi All,

When I retrieve email message or send email via Outook, below message are prompted. And the setting in ‘Outlook-->Options-->Trust Center-->Trust Center Settings-->Programmatic Access’ is not available due to my client’s company policy.

Any solution or guildline from AA on this? I’m wondering why I can’t find any search result on this topic. Thank you.
