Hi All,

I am facing an issue in my RDP where I am deploying the bot. The bot is using excel loop commands to compare data between two excel files because of which the RDP session is getting locked due to long time of inactivity.

Need some help on how to mitigate this. Any script I can deploy or any changes I can make in RDP properties to prevent this from happening & keep the RDP session active.

P.S. --- I am deploying the bot in unattended mode.

Hi @Abhi25 ,

Kindly refer the below article and do the necessary changes to the RDP machine. You may need to involve your Admin team in case you don’t have admin privilege to do so.

I cant access the link above. Message: “You are not authorized to access this page, kindly reach out to your Account Executive / Company Administrator to enable access.

Seems like only Admins can access. I’m a developer for my company and I’m facing this problem whem run a bot in unattended mode closing the RDP session
