Regarding Bot Agent

Hi People

 

I have installed Automation anywhere 360 with express mode in Server machine, when we are connected to Office network Everything is working Fine, but when we connect to a different network the bot is failing to download the dependencies .what might be the reason??MicrosoftTeams-image
