Recording the browser activity not working using in AA360.

I am using community edition AA360. The setup installed properly and also AA chrome plug installed. 

When recording the website elements using the capturing activity in chrome browser, it is not able to capture and showing the error msg 

"Your Chrome Plug-in is either not installed or disabled. For trouble-shooting help, visit the Automaton Anywhere Documentation and search for Chrome plug-in".
