Recorder Capture Action Shows Black Screen During Execution – Need Help

Hi Community,

We are currently facing an issue with one of our bots where the Recorder → Capture Action is failing at runtime. Specifically, at the step where the bot clicks the “Export” button(Before export, there is a wait for condition step, which will wait for almost 40 - 50 min) in our application, the screen goes completely black, although the bot continues to the next step.

A few key observations:

• This step was working fine until a few days ago. The issue has been consistent for the past 3–4 days.

• To troubleshoot, I added a “Capture Window” & “Active Window” action before the problematic step, still facing the same behavior.

• Other bots that use similar Recorder actions on the same application are working fine.
