I installed this package because I need to be able to get the ID of the queue item I am currently processing, and the Bot Store page for this package claims it can do that.  The problem is there is no ReadMe file or demo for me to reference.  Can someone please point me to the ReadMe, or provide some sort of demo that shows how to actually set this up?

Hi Achurch,

Instead of using ReadMe Package, You can try using the WLM Control Room API’s. This enables you to fetch or update the respective data. You can use “List Work Items” to fetch the ID.

I understand there are other ways to approach the problem.  I guess I was just hoping that this package from the Bot Store was actually a viable, useable tool set.  Sadly, I have found that only around 10% of the Bot Store offerings do what they advertise, if they even work at all.  It would be great if all of the dead packages could get scrubbed out.
