Re-order and delete fields in IQ Bot Invoice Extraction

Hi ,

I know that once a learning instance is created you can edit it in staging environment to add more fields to extract, however is there a way to remove some fields which you don’t want to extract anymore or reorder the order in which fields are extracted and outputted in the csv file.

Hi @khondoker ,

 

The best way is to make them as Optional. 

 

By the way, you can Add/Remove Fields in LI if you were using the Document Automation.

Hi @khondoker ,

If you are using the A360 IQ BOT, you can't remove the fields after creating the instance. You mentioned that you don't want to capture some fields. (These fields can be made optional; however, you will see the headers in the output files with empty values.)
