Hello automation anywhere community, I have a situation with my on-premise control room, when I make a change to a bot using recorder and after saving the changes I want to check out it doesn't allow me, so I have to try to export the bot, when exporting it I get an error in the history and indicating a path to a metadata that does not exist, then I have to copy that metadata and create a PNG file with that name and save it in the path of the automation anywhere on-premise server until I get no more errors and then I can check out, can someone tell me how to correct this root problem?

Hi
The root cause of your issue is the repository path containing “Automation Anywhere.” To resolve this, change the path to something like “AAEnterprise.” For more details, you can refer to this link.
After making the changes to the repository path,
-
Identify the Missing File: Note the exact path and name of the missing .png file from the error message.
-
Create the Missing File: Manually create a .png file with the same name in the specified location. You can use any image editor to create a placeholder .png file if the actual image is not available.
You can create an AA support ticket, and they will be able to assist you.
I never had this before… good to know!
