Problem accessing the control room and deploying the robots

Hello, we have lost access to Automation Anywhere since approximately 5 PM.We use the Enterprise version and manage banking services.Could you please tell us if this is a malfunction of AA360 or an internal problem?Thank you.

@catdiouf It does appear there is some degraded service in Europe. The cloud provider has been notified and we are working with them to resolve the issue. You can always check this site for the status of our cloud infrastructure:
