Hi there,

I recently upgraded a single-node Automation Anywhere on-prem setup from v35 build 29058 to v37 build 37379. The upgrade completed successfully without any errors. However, I began encountering the following issue: most bots—whether scheduled or run ad-hoc—are now failing.

Below are the troubleshooting steps I have already performed without any luck:

  1. Verified that there are no special characters in the Control Room URL.
  2. Confirmed that bot validation is disabled.
  3. Cleared the Elasticsearch logs.
  4. Successfully executed the OpenDistro admin setup.
  5. Stored certificates in the database and set the Elasticsearch password.
  6. Created / Activated the es_a360_monitoring user.
  7. Tested using an older bot agent.
  8. Created new bots with the same logic, but they still failed.
  9. Used the endpoint https://localhost:47599/audit*/_settings to reduce the number of replicas.
  10. Restarted all Control Room services.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue before? Any guidance would be appreciated.
