Pdf extract

Hi everyone

I have a problem with extract pdf action. When I extract a text from pdf to a txt file,it gives me a blank text document.

The extract pdf action does not extract from pdf

What can be a problem?

    Lots of things could be the problem; you need to provide more information. Are you extracting data from a normal text field, a table, etc.? How about an example of the file, or at least a screenshot?

    Please check whether the PDF is a scanned image pdf or a normal typed/printed PDF
