Outlook Email Issue

Hi, I’ve recently found that when attempting to send an email via Outlook in an automation, the action succeeds in manual runs (from the Control Room) but fails in scheduled runs. Has anyone else encountered this issue before and/or knows of any possible fixes/solutions for this issue? Thank you.
