Only productive devices in bot insight panel

By “productive environment”, do you mean the production environment?

If so, each environment (development, testing, and production) has its own Control Room. The stats you get from the production Control Room will only be from that Control Room and none of the others.

Otherwise, please help me understand what you mean by “productive environment”.

​@rtorreblanca  if your control room using both productive and dev devices, I guess the naming convention for the devices might be different. 

If this is the case you can use filter to display only productive devices
