Now the recorer versions are diffrent, Can we change recorder versions as same in QA and prod, while the project is in live? and if we change that means the remaining bots will affect or not?

If you synchronize the recorder package version for a particular bot and the same has been shipped to prod this changes will not impact to other bots.
