Instead of PDF viewer , finding “ADD Field ” button, and not able to capture the fields.
Please suggest , what needs to be done?

Kindly verify the Control Room version you have. The PDF viewer is available since A360.21 version
If you are in a most recent CR version, change the package version of your bot
