Not able to capture elements on web page properly

Hi,

I am accessing Automation Anywhere through Remote Desktop Connection (RDP) remotely and I am creating one bot there, where in I am trying to record some elements on Web Page but it's not able to capture elements properly.

 

Can I get assist on this?

    Could you check if the Automation Anywhere Extension has been installed and activated?
