"No session found for user user_id on the device" error while deploying a bot to the runner user which is already connected to the device

Hello,

 I am trying to deploy bot to the runner device which is already connected to the bot runner licensed users.

I have checked the “Attest device credential” and added the user name.

Can someone help with what else to validate to resolve this error?
